An extraordinary husband-wife coaching duo and our TWF Head Coaches! In 2017, the Kahls pursued selling on Amazon as a side hustle while working as full-time school teachers (and they did it with just $200...). After getting started with retail arbitrage, the two came across TWF in 2018 and immediately decided to make a change. Within 6 months, Hilary was able to leave her job as a school teacher, and David was able to do the same just one year later. Today, they are both full-time entrepreneurs growing their wholesale and brand management Amazon businesses.
Kendra Lockhart
Kendra has been a driving force in Dan & Dylan's very own Amazon business for the past 4 or so years. She works closely with the wholesale experts as the Director of Operations in both their wholesale AND brand management businesses, navigates the Amazon jungle daily, and has built and continually manages a successful team of virtual assistants.
Joel Weinstein
Joel began his Amazon journey with retail arbitrage before being introduced by a friend to Dan & Dylan. He quickly joined their Amazon team and was the wholesale account acquisition lead for several years while also largely contributing to landing multiple brand management accounts. Today, Joel is our longest-tenured employee and focuses primarily on helping TWF students overcome any obstacles on their journey.
Nic Naro
Nic began his Amazon journey by working for TWF Alumni & Coach David Wosik. As an employee in David's wholesale business, Nic took TWF and learned the reverse sourcing wholesale methods that allowed him to lead David's team to do $7 million in sales in 2021 alone. Today, Nic continues to work with David to pursue bigger goals every year by continuing to grow, automate and outsource his Amazon wholesale and brand management businesses.
Ryan & Karen Potteiger
Husband-wife duo Ryan & Karen discovered TWF after lifelong careers at Microsoft (Ryan) and radio production (Karen). After going all-in on the TWF model and getting their business up and running without them, the two sold everything they had that couldn't fit into a carry-on suitcase and backpack and started their lives as digital nomads. Today, Ryan & Karen have (temporarily) settled in Mexico where they enjoy the freedoms of earning a truly passive income.

Husband-wife George & Carla Kaye and son Nathan learned about the opportunity of selling on Amazon in 2019. After joining TWF, they have quickly grown a successful business and have witnessed firsthand the obstacles (including a worldwide pandemic) that come with entrepreneurship. The Switzer Coaching Team is the epitome of persistence and determination and a great example of what it looks like to turn a dream into your reality.
